Privacy Policy
Summary
Fruit Book does not collect, store or share any personal information. Everything a child paints stays on their device.
Fruit Book (Meyve Kitabı in Turkish) is made by Burak Acemoğlu, an independent developer. This policy covers the app on iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo and is effective from November 2, 2026.
What stays on your device
- Paintings: each page your child colors is saved on the device, with a small preview for the book page.
- Settings: the app remembers the last tool, color and brush size.
- Backups: if you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer, Apple includes these files, as it does for any app. Apple’s privacy policy covers those backups.
None of this leaves the device, and I cannot see it. Tap Clear to wipe one page, or delete the app to remove all paintings and settings.
Photos
Fruit Book asks for access to Photos only when you tap Save to Photos. It asks to add photos only, so it can save the picture but cannot see, read or change your library.
You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
Children’s privacy
Fruit Book is made for children aged 5 and under and is listed in the App Store’s Kids category. It collects no personal information from children, in line with children’s privacy laws such as COPPA in the United States and the GDPR in the European Union.
The app has no ads, no in-app purchases, no links out of the app and no way to contact other people.
No third parties
Fruit Book contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party code. It has no accounts or sign-in and does not connect to the internet, so it sends no data to me or anyone else.
Its App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
What Apple may share with me
You buy Fruit Book on the App Store, so Apple handles the payment and download under its own privacy policy. From Apple I receive only sales reports that do not identify you.
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send me anonymous crash reports and combined usage statistics. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Your choices, changes and contact
I hold no personal data about you or your child, so there is nothing for me to access, correct or delete. You can remove every painting at any time by deleting the app.
If the app ever changes how it handles data, I will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that version is released.

Bu bilgiler cihazdan çıkmaz ve ben göremem. Bir sayfayı silmek için Temizle’ye dokunun, tüm resimleri ve ayarları silmek için uygulamayı silin.
Fotoğraflar
Uygulama Fotoğraflar’a erişimi yalnızca Fotoğraflar’a Kaydet’e dokunduğunuzda ister. Yalnızca ekleme izni ister: resmi kaydedebilir ama fotoğraflarınızı göremez, okuyamaz ya da değiştiremez.
Bu izni istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › Fotoğraflar bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 5 yaş ve altındaki çocuklar için yapıldı ve App Store’un Çocuklar kategorisinde yer alır. Çocuklardan hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamaz; bu, ABD’deki COPPA ve AB’deki GDPR gibi çocukların gizliliğini koruyan yasalarla uyumludur.
Uygulamada reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, uygulama dışına bağlantı ya da başkalarıyla iletişim kurma yolu yoktur.
Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamada reklam, analiz, takip ya da üçüncü taraf kodu yoktur. Hesap ya da giriş gerektirmez ve internete bağlanmaz; bu yüzden bana ya da başka birine hiçbir veri göndermez.
App Store’daki gizlilik etiketinde “Veri Toplanmıyor” yazar.
Apple’ın benimle paylaşabileceği bilgiler
Uygulamayı App Store’dan satın aldığınız için ödeme ve indirme işlemlerini Apple kendi gizlilik politikasına göre yürütür. Apple’dan yalnızca sizi tanımlamayan satış raporları alırım.
Analiz verilerini uygulama geliştiricileriyle paylaşmayı seçtiyseniz Apple bana anonim çökme raporları ve toplu kullanım istatistikleri gönderebilir. Bunu Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik bölümündeki analiz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
Haklarınız, değişiklikler ve iletişim
Sizinle ya da çocuğunuzla ilgili hiçbir kişisel veri tutmadığım için erişilecek, düzeltilecek ya da silinecek bir veri de yoktur. Uygulamayı silerek tüm resimleri istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz.
